Formation (Incorporation) of a Cyprus company
The cost of formation will be Euro 2.800.
• The share capital will be Euro 1.000-.
A bank account will be opened in Cyprus (with no additional charge) and a Tax Identification Number will be issued.
• All certificates will be provided as follows: Certificate of Directors & Secretary, Certificate of Shareholders, Certificate of Registered office together with a Certificate of Incorporation. All the above will be in English. Also a Memorandum and Articles of Association will be provided in Greek.
• The company will have its registered address at 1B, Georgiou Gemistou street, Strovolos Nicosia Cyprus Post code 2047.
• As a secretary we will appoint Potamos Services Ltd, (as the associated company of our office), except if you instruct us otherwise.
Annual cost (Book-keeping, Accounts preparation etc.)
The annual cost will be Euro 1.800.
Preparation of Annual Accounting (book-keeping).
The above fee is calculated at an estimation of an annual activity level of 20 - 30 transactions.

Preparation of Annual Accounts (Financial Statements), together with the necessary documents for the Income Tax Authorities & Registrar of Companies.
• Other services
Usually a small number of contacts with the bank personnel, etc are included in the above price.
• Secretary & Registered Office.
We will not charge additional fees for the Secretary & Registered address.

Nominee services.
The appointment of members of our office as Directors . The appointment of members of our office as Shareholders . Annual cost. Euro 250-.
Translation
Certified translation of the Memorandum & Articles of Association in English, may be required for opening a bank account outside Cyprus).

VAT.
Application in obtaining a VAT number. Only if required according to the VAT law.

Legalization of documents.
The legalization of a Cyprus company, certificates (Directors, Secretary etc) are certified by the court and Ministry of Justice.

If you wish to proceed with the Cyprus company formation :
• Choose a name from the list with pre–approved names. Alternatively you may suggest a name to obtain an approval by the House of Registrar of Companies.
• Print the “company formation questionnaire”, complete it and sent it to our office via fax or email.
