He was born in and grew up in Nicosia.
A Chartered Certified Accountant, Potamos has been admitted as a member of the UK’s ACCA (www.accaglobal.com), the global body of professional accountants, and ICPAC (www.icpac.org.cy) - Council of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus, the only state-recognised body that can regulate and supervise the country’s accountancy profession.
He lives in Lakatamia.
Potamos spent 7 years working in the government sector and has for 25 years now, been the founder and CEO of the Accounting Firm Y. Potamos FCCA (www.potamos.eu).
